We offer online telemedicine appointments, subscription based programs with health coaching and wellness courses, and a physical product line, all aimed to improve quality of life for women experiencing symptoms related to menopause.

About You:

You feel it. You love the ownership of developing a software product, from combing through logs to troubleshoot bugs, to ensuring stability and flexibility in the code.  You love to code, but more importantly you love to code for a mission-based organization.  You enjoy working with a diverse team of engineers, designers and testers to bring the best quality solutions to light.

You want to be part of team that works together but gives you the autonomy to make things happen. You’re equally comfortable in person, as with working with remote teams.

Responsibilites:

  • Manage the software engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications/operating systems according to business needs.
  • Work with the VP of Technology to evaluate architectural and build vs. buy decisions.
  • Actively participate in sprints, filling in where needed, from feature coding, to code reviews, to testing, to devops.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, actively researching the best in class solutions for the business challenges we are facing.
  • Hire, mentor and train additional engineering resources.

Requirements:

  • A solid educational foundation in software design patterns and system architecture.
  • 7-10 years of software engineering experience, 3+ in a management role overseeing local and remote employees.
  • Energy and passion for women’s health.
  • Broad technology experience in web and mobile.  Preferred tech stack: Google Cloud, Node.js, React, API/microservice infrastructure.
  • Experience with Agile/scrum, Jira, Confluence, Github, Slack.
  • Experience developing solutions in HIPAA compliant environments.
