HealthFix offers a unique, 3-in-1 customizable approach that enables women to schedule appointments with telemedicine-based OB/GYNs for medical advice and prescriptions, as well as access professional health coaches and registered dietitians via video, chat, and text messaging. How the HealthFix Membership Works When a woman signs up for HealthFix, she becomes a member of the Gennev community. She’s advised to take the Gennev Menopause Assessment to understand where she is in the menopause journey. Via Gennev’s digital health platform, she is prompted to schedule her first, video-based appointment with a coach to create a personalized care plan. This approach takes into account the woman’s unique experience with menopause to formulate a personal plan, as there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution to symptoms.
With access to unlimited chat and/or video conferencing, she can communicate with her HealthFix coach for regular check-ins, refinements to her plan, and if needed, to help her schedule time with one of Gennev’s telemedicine-based OB/GYNs.
