WORKING WITH A GENNEV RDN

Accountability partners for every step of your menopause journey

A typical engagement often includes:

  • An initial 50-minute intake appointment to review your health history and understand your challenges and goals
  • Follow up 30-minute video appointments at a recommended frequency of every 2-3 weeks for at least 3 months
  • Unlimited text communication and support between appointments
  • Shared notes and communication with your Gennev gynecologist, so everyone is on the same page

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists

Our RDNs guide women to create plans and set goals in nutrition, fitness, sleep, mindfulness, and stress management. All Gennev RDNs have training and experience working with women in menopause, in addition to following Gennev’s protocols, working in lockstep with Gennev’s doctors.
