Dr. High is a board-certified OBGYN and a National Certified Menopause Practitioner. After many years in private practice, she now loves educating women about perimenopause and menopause, and helping them to thrive in mid-life and beyond. In her spare time, she gardens, raises chickens, paints watercolors, and spends time with her family.
