Dr. DeSplinter is board certified in OBGYN and Obesity Medicine and is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She is also the CEO and founder of Refined Women’s Health, a direct care practice in the Houston, Texas area, focused on Comprehensive Healthcare for Women in Midlife. She serves on the clinical faculty for OBGYN residents at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital and for medical students at Texas A&M College of Medicine. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her two young adult daughters and she is an avid and passionate scuba diver.

Dr. Linda Alexander is a board-certified and licensed Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Obesity Medicine
Physician with 15+ years experience in clinical practice. She has also worked in non-clinical roles as
Medical Director for the Maternal Child Health Bureau at the Maryland Department of Health and in
Medical Affairs for a women’s health-focused pharmaceutical company. She is active in her local
community and serves on the board of Maryland ACOG. Dr. Alexander loves following sports, especially
baseball. She enjoys gardening and travel, has become a knitter over the past few years, and tries to read
something fun every day.
Dr. Akinde is a board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician with a passion for providing quality, evidence-based care. She currently practices full scope Obstetrics and Gynecology and is excited to be part of the Gennev team. Dr. Akinde enjoys caring for women through perimenopause and beyond menopause. In her spare time, she likes to travel, exercise, cook, and watch TV.

Dr. Laura Webb is a board certified OBGYN, and is overjoyed to work with Gennev to expand access to excellent healthcare to women. She has specialized in evidence-based and patient centered care of women in perimenopause and menopause care throughout her career. She is committed to promoting the sexual health, hormonal health and metabolic health of all women throughout the lifetime. In her spare time she loves to sail, scuba dive, travel and play music.

Dr. Jody Jones is a board certified OBGYN and has joined Gennev bringing more than 25 years of experience in women’s health. She has been a member of the medical staff at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Michigan. While her career has focused on clinical practice, Dr. Jones has been the primary investigator in clinical trials involving new treatment options for genitourinary symptoms of menopause, uterine fibroids and endometriosis.
Dr. Jones has been an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, serving in multiple leadership rolls and advocating for women’s health.
When time allows, she enjoys golf, gardening and reading historic fiction.
Dr. Bening is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 30 years of clinical experience specializing in women’s hormonal health across all life stages. In her long-standing private gynecology practice in Newport Beach, California, she provided evidence-based comprehensive care with a focus on menopause management, sexual health, PMS, and contraception counseling.
A graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Bening completed her residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and pursued advanced training in human sexuality at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute. Her integrative approach is grounded in both science and empathy—helping women navigate the complexities of midlife with confidence and clarity. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, yoga, traveling, and family time.

Dr. Jill Garnier is a board-certified OBGYN with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice providing comprehensive women’s healthcare. Dr. Garnier enjoys partnering with women to address their unique health concerns during perimenopause and menopause, providing high-quality care that is personalized and compassionate. She is committed to educating her patients, empowering them to make informed decisions as they work to achieve their health and wellness goals. In her spare time, Dr. Garnier enjoys exercise (Peloton and pilates), travel, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their French bulldog.

Dr. Bazán is a board-certified OBGYN with over 20 years of clinical experience. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a passion for supporting women through their unique transitions of midlife and beyond.
As the founder and CEO of a direct care practice in Columbus Ohio, Dr. Bazán provides personalized care to midlife women in her local and surrounding communities, helping them to navigate their health with confidence and clarity. She is honored to partner with Gennev to expand her outreach and support women on a broader scale.
Dr. Bazán resides in Ohio with her husband and their two teenage children. In her free time, she enjoys time outdoors, staying active, and savoring a great latte.
Dr. Guida is a board certified OBGYN and has been practicing for over 10 years. She served as the Chief of Education at St Francis Medical Center and on the Harvard Vanguard Quality Assurance committee in Boston for 5 years prior to moving to North Carolina with her family. She is the proud mother of 3 beautiful and spirited daughters.
Dr. Guida’s hobbies include running, hiking, water sports, snow sports, reading, gardening but most of all, spending time with her family. She also loves animals, and her family includes multiple dogs and cats, a gecko, and koi.
Dr. Winston is a board certified OBGYN and is passionate about providing evidence based telemedicine practice based on ACOG and The Menopause Society recommendations. She is also a member of the Army National Guard where she provides care to soldiers domestic and abroad in whatever capacity she is needed. In her spare time she loves to read, crotchet, learn how to garden and spend time with her husband, two kids and three dogs.

Dr. Neff is a board certified OBGYN who provides gynecologic preventative care in South Los Angeles. As a recent transplant from Philadelphia (where she practiced for nearly 20 years performing minimally invasive surgery and training residents), she enjoys spending time learning about her new city, hiking, checking out farmers markets, exploring new neighborhoods, gardening, cooking, and caring for her rescued pets.

Dr. Dunsmoor-Su is a board certified OBGYN, and the Chief Medical Officer for Gennev, and in that role directs the telemedicine offerings, sets medical priorities and promotes evidence-based menopause care nationally. She also is a Medical Director at Seattle Clinical Research which focuses on Phase 1, 2 and 3 trials in women’s health and other areas, and is clinical faculty for the Swedish OBGYN residency and WSU medical school. In her spare time she loves to garden and grow vegetables, and cook new foods.
