Sharon is a Registered Dietitian based in Raleigh, NC who has a passion for the link between
food and psychology and women’s health. She has worked with women across the country on
subjects such as weight loss, peri- and post-menopause, and managing chronic health
conditions using evidence-based approaches. Sharon believes the first step to success in one’s
nutrition journey is tailoring the approach to match the person’s lifestyle and personal health
goals. In her free time, she loves to read, listen to live music, and spend time in nature.


Dr. Jessica Chandler is a board-certified OBGYN with additional fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.  In her surgical practice, she focuses on complex benign gynecologic surgery, including uterine fibroids and endometriosis.  In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor sports and gardening.  

Dr. Bening is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 30 years of clinical experience specializing in women’s hormonal health across all life stages. In her long-standing private gynecology practice in Newport Beach, California, she provided evidence-based comprehensive care with a focus on menopause management, sexual health, PMS, and contraception counseling. 

A graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Bening completed her residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and pursued advanced training in human sexuality at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute. Her integrative approach is grounded in both science and empathy—helping women navigate the complexities of midlife with confidence and clarity. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, yoga, traveling, and family time.

Erin has been a Registered Dietitian for 10+ years and completed her Masters in Nutrition, with an emphasis in public health. Erin has worked with a wide array of patients, from Pediatrics to Adults.  She is passionate about helping patients at whatever step in their health journey they are on and providing individualized care.  Erin lives in Georgia with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs.  She enjoys CrossFit, hiking, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with her family in her free time.   

Synovia Simons Smith is a licensed and registered dietitian nutritionist with over 15 years of experience in nutrition and wellness. A proud U.S. Air Force Veteran who served in Iraqi Freedom, Synovia brings a unique perspective to her practice. Residing in Florida and originally from North Carolina, she firmly believes that one size does not fit all regarding well-being. Her practice is built on client-centered care, where she takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation, challenges, and goals, meeting them precisely where they are on their health journey. 

Supporting women and mothers on their journey to optimal health with an emphasis on the big picture allows these women a much greater opportunity for sustainable growth and change.

Abby is a board certified Registered Dietitian, and works with helping patients to achieve a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that is tailored to each individual and not “one-size-fits-all.” She has specialized experience working with bariatric/ weight loss surgery, weight management, general health/ wellness, and intuitive eating. As a dietitian, she wants to help patients better understand and feel confident in their nutrition in a world that can often make it very difficult. During her free time, she likes to be outdoors, gardening, hiking or playing a variety of sports. She also enjoys trying new foods with friends and family.

Jennifer strives to create an environment where women feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable discussing their health concerns.

Jennifer focuses on helping women make realistic, sustainable changes through achievable steps that build long-term success and confidence. She believes meaningful progress often starts with small wins and enjoys helping patients recognize and celebrate those milestones along the way.

Patients appreciate her thoroughness, adaptability, and commitment to providing clear answers, helpful resources, and personalized strategies that feel both practical and attainable. Above all, Jennifer aims to make every patient feel supported, encouraged, and empowered throughout their health journey.

Katie Linville is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 10+ years of experience. Katie specializes in nutrition for women’s health and has experience supporting women in menopause to optimize mental health and their relationship with food and their bodies. Additionally, she holds a specialty certification in oncology nutrition (CSO) and has experience working with cancer survivors through treatment and for prevention. In her spare time, Katie enjoys cooking, running, hiking, and spending time at the beach with her family.

Melissa Burton, RDN, RYT-200 is a second career Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that is passionate about empowering people to break free from diet culture and finally feel positive about their relationship with food and their bodies.  Melissa has over 15 years of nutrition experience in various areas including clinical inpatient and outpatient, corporate wellness and substance use and eating disorders recovery. 

Melissa’s first career was in Marketing and Communications, and she leverages her expertise in psychology and targeted messaging to educate individuals and groups regarding food, nutrition, body image and overall health. In her spare time, Melissa likes to travel, engage in fitness activities and go to concerts.

Pamela Malo is a Registered Dietitian at Gennev. She supports women with evidence-based practices related to food, movement, and mindfulness to support greater ease before, during, and after their menopause transition.  Pamela serves as the Mind-Body Therapies Chair for Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is also a certified coach and Kripalu yoga teacher. In her spare time Pamela enjoys backpacking, performing in community theater, and taking cold water dips in the Puget Sound.
