Melissa Burton, RDN, RYT-200 is a second career Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that is passionate about empowering people to break free from diet culture and finally feel positive about their relationship with food and their bodies. Melissa has over 15 years of nutrition experience in various areas including clinical inpatient and outpatient, corporate wellness and substance use and eating disorders recovery.
Melissa’s first career was in Marketing and Communications, and she leverages her expertise in psychology and targeted messaging to educate individuals and groups regarding food, nutrition, body image and overall health. In her spare time, Melissa likes to travel, engage in fitness activities and go to concerts.

Pamela Malo is a Registered Dietitian at Gennev. She supports women with evidence-based practices related to food, movement, and mindfulness to support greater ease before, during, and after their menopause transition. Pamela serves as the Mind-Body Therapies Chair for Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is also a certified coach and Kripalu yoga teacher. In her spare time Pamela enjoys backpacking, performing in community theater, and taking cold water dips in the Puget Sound.

Dr. Savage is a board certified OBGYN and a Medical Director for Gennev. In that role, she is a liaison between physicians and the Gennev leadership teams and a resource for her team. She was previously in private practice in Austin, Texas for 25 years, serving women of all ages and stages and focusing on gynecology for 15 of those years. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel and hike in addition to volunteering with a canine rescue group and a meals ministry for the homeless.

Dr. Kate Pascucci is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist providing medical care to women for over 10 years in a private practice setting. She completed her medical education at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency at New York Methodist Hospital in New York City. Since graduating residency, Dr. Pascucci was disturbed for lack of resources available for aging women in this country and has been committed to providing evidence based care to women since that time. Her clinical interests also include weight management and body acceptance. Recently, she has obtained board certification with The American Board of Obesity Medicine and feels it has aided her ability to help women understand their bodies as they transition into menopause. Menopause is natural, but feeling unwell is not! She is excited to join the Gennev team and help more women find the guidance, medical care and support they deserve. When not working, she enjoys her time with her husband, three children and their mini golden doodle, Luna Pickles.
Dr. Swenson is a board certified OBGYN at Gennev who has been providing care to women for more than 20 years. She has learned that women are genuinely interested in their own health and want to understand the science behind their medical conditions. Originally from Iowa, she completed her medical training in Northern California where she still lives with her husband and two daughters. She has been with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation for her entire career and has taught OBGYN residents as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty Member of Stanford University. Now with a practice focused on both telehealth and outpatient gynecology, she is excited to use her clinical experience to help patients during their mid-life transition, finding solutions that work for each woman individually.
