Dr. Neff is a board certified OBGYN who provides gynecologic preventative care in South Los Angeles. As a recent transplant from Philadelphia (where she practiced for nearly 20 years performing minimally invasive surgery and training residents), she enjoys spending time learning about her new city, hiking, checking out farmers markets, exploring new neighborhoods, gardening, cooking, and caring for her rescued pets.
Dr. Dunsmoor-Su is a board certified OBGYN, and the Chief Medical Officer for Gennev, and in that role directs the telemedicine offerings, sets medical priorities and promotes evidence-based menopause care nationally. She also is a Medical Director at Seattle Clinical Research which focuses on Phase 1, 2 and 3 trials in women’s health and other areas, and is clinical faculty for the Swedish OBGYN residency and WSU medical school. In her spare time she loves to garden and grow vegetables, and cook new foods.
Lacee has been a Registered Dietitian for 9+ years and completed her Master’s in Public Health Nutrition degree in May 2022. She has extensive experience collaborating with clients who want to manage certain chronic conditions (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease), weight management, mindful/intuitive eating, and general health/wellness. Her passion for assisting clients meeting their health/wellness goals is a top priority and thrives on encouraging clients to focus on progress not perfection. Lacee enjoys collaborating with her clients to create a plan of action to improve lifestyle behaviors that are realistic and sustainable.
Pamela Malo is a Registered Dietitian at Gennev. She supports women with evidence-based practices related to food, movement, and mindfulness to support greater ease before, during, and after their menopause transition. Pamela serves as the Mind-Body Therapies Chair for Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is also a certified coach and Kripalu yoga teacher. In her spare time Pamela enjoys backpacking, performing in community theater, and taking cold water dips in the Puget Sound.
Dr. Noah is a board-certified OB/GYN and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in private practice. As her patients’ needs evolved over time, she focused her practice on providing evidence-based, holistic menopause care for more than a decade. Understanding that weight gain is a common problem at this time, she completed additional education and certification in Obesity Medicine. Recognizing the limited access to personalized care that exists for so many women, she began providing care in telemedicine. She is excited to be working as a Gennev physician and increase the availability of individualized midlife support for women. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, yoga, and traveling.
Dr. Debra Acerenza, DO FACOG is a board certified OBGYN. She works at a private practice in Maryland, as well as serving as a consultant on the Gennev team helping women navigate the menopause process. In her spare time, you can find her working out, spending time outdoors and keeping an eye on her 2 teenage boys!
Dr. Kumar is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist specializing in perimenopause and menopausal management. She earned her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine, and finished her residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Kumar believes in a holistic approach to menopause management. She emphasizes the importance of understanding each patient’s unique experience and offers a range of treatment options, including hormone therapy, lifestyle modifications, and alternative therapies. Her goal is to help women transition through menopause with confidence and comfort.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kids, traveling, and cooking.
Dr. Swenson is a board certified OBGYN at Gennev who has been providing care to women for more than 20 years. She has learned that women are genuinely interested in their own health and want to understand the science behind their medical conditions. Originally from Iowa, she completed her medical training in Northern California where she still lives with her husband and two daughters. She has been with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation for her entire career and has taught OBGYN residents as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty Member of Stanford University. Now with a practice focused on both telehealth and outpatient gynecology, she is excited to use her clinical experience to help patients during their mid-life transition, finding solutions that work for each woman individually.
