Feminina Group, Inc., dba Gennev (“Gennev”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides access to healthcare and consultation services relating to menopause through our websites, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from and/or about you when you use the Services or otherwise interact with us.

2. HIPAA and Your Protected Health Information
Gennev is a healthcare provider that is required to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices concerning any Protected Health Information (“PHI”) we collect as a covered entity under HIPAA, including any PHI we collect via our telehealth services or through our website (such as via our patient portal). When you use the Services, we collect personal information that can be used to identify you. The types of personal information we collect depends on your interactions with us and may fall into one or more of the following categories:

The Services are intended for residents of the United States. Information we collect will be stored on secure cloud-based servers in the United States. Information may be transmitted to third parties, which parties may store or maintain the data on their secure servers.

Gennev employs reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial security methods to help protect your information against loss, misuse, alternation, and unauthorized access of your information. 12. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the name and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request by writing to us using the contact information provided below. Please be aware, however, that we do not currently disclose your personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
13. Individuals Under Age 18
This Services are not directed to children and children are not eligible to use our Services. We will not knowingly collect information from users under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take prompt steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

The Services may contain links to other websites. Gennev is not responsible for the data collection or privacy practices of any third-party site that may be linked to our Services and not wholly owned and controlled by Gennev, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.
