She talked with me! Explained things. Had a change I can make, a change in medication. OK, let’s do it! Did not feel rushed. Feel like I know what I need to do next. Explained the whole plan to me. Even followed up with some really good written instructions! Also, I was even able to do this late enough in the day that it is outside of my normal working hours and I don’t even need to take time off work – even better!! Really liked her!
